1. General Policy
Suyoga Rajguru provides online consultations, sessions, guidance, and related services. Due to the nature of these services and the time and resources reserved after a booking or payment, all payments are non-refundable.
2. No Refunds on Bookings or Payments
Once a payment has been completed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged for cash. This applies to all service fees, consultation bookings, session fees, course fees, deposits, and other amounts paid to Suyoga Rajguru.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers who cannot attend a scheduled session should contact us at the earliest opportunity to ask whether rescheduling is possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval. Cancellation, non-attendance, late arrival, or failure to use a service does not create an entitlement to a refund.
4. Missed Sessions and Late Arrivals
If you miss a booked session or arrive late, the session may be shortened or treated as completed at our discretion. No refund will be issued for missed, partially attended, or unused sessions.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or notice a payment processing error, contact us with the transaction reference and relevant details. Verified payment-processing errors will be reviewed and handled as appropriate under applicable law and payment-provider procedures. This does not create a general refund entitlement for services.
6. Service Changes or Unavailability
If we need to change a scheduled session, we may offer an alternative time or another reasonable arrangement. Any remedy required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with that law.
7. Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a transaction, contact us first so we can review it. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
